Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING
Upon receipt of your order, processing will take 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped IN MOST CASES via Fedex. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days in the continental U.S.
If expedited shipping is selected, applicable rates will apply. Shipping time will be based on the number of days selected. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii will take 3 to 7 business days.
A signature may be required on any delivery greater than $250.
We offer International Shipping via DHL. Prices will vary based on location.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please email us at returns@Eyetitude.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will reply with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price paid less the original shipping cost. We cannot process returns without an official return authorization number. Please do not send items back without contacting us at the email above and securing the return authorization number. For your security and to ensure delivery receipt, we recommend that all exchanges and returns be sent with a tracking number or insurance with UPS, FedEx or USPS. All costs related to return shipping are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded with your return.
Important Notice: Only returns on items purchased directly from www.Eyetitude.com will be accepted. If you made a purchase from a third party or authorized Eyetitude retailer, you must contact them directly for all exchanges and returns.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at returns@Eyetitude.com. We will email you a return shipping label to send the damaged shipment back.
If you cannot locate your package, we suggest you look around the outside of your house to see if it was left in a place you cannot see. Check with your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to the wrong place or if they picked it up for you.
If you do not locate your package, please email us at returns@Eyetitude.com and we will track it with the shipping company. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing. To expedite the process, we suggest that you also track the package directly with the shipping company.
REFUNDS
Once Eyetitude receives your return and the product is checked, we will notify you via email that your return has been received and whether your refund is approved. Upon approval of your refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment, less any initial shipping costs. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
DELAYED REFUNDS
If your refund did not go through after 10 business days, we recommend that you contact your credit card company or bank to see if the credit was posted. It often takes a few days for refund to show on your account. If your credit card company does not verify the refund, please contact us at returns@Eyetitude.com.
DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS
Refunds are only available on items that were purchased for the full suggested retail price. Items purchased on sale, are not refundable.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges, please send a detailed email with reason for exchange to returns@Eyetitude.com. We will respond back with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back. Items sent without an official exchange authorization will not be processed.
GIFT EXCHANGES
If you received an Eyetitude product as a gift and you would like to return it, please send an email to returns@Eyetitude.com. You will receive an online store credit for the value of the item returned less any shipping costs.
